Die Installation ist problemlos, f\u00fcr die Konfiguration der E-Mail-Einstellungen sollte man allenfalls einen Blick ins <a href=\"http:\/\/osticket.com\/wiki\/Home\" target=\"_blank\">Wiki<\/a> werfen. Wer ein bisschen Erfahrung mit der Installation von PHP\/MySQL-Applikationen auf einem Webserver hat, kommt mit osTicket kostenlos zu einem soliden Ticket-System, das unter der GNU General Public Licence (GPL) steht.
