Optional kann der Urheber sein Urheberrecht um weitere 14 auf total 28 Jahre verl\u00e4ngern.<\/p>\n<p>Dies ist keine neue Erfindung &#8211; im Gegenteil: Es entspricht dem, was im ersten US-Copyright-Gesetzt von 1790 festgeschrieben wurde. Creative Commons empfindet diese beschr\u00e4nkte Frist als die fairere L\u00f6sung:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#171;The Framers of the U.S. Constitution understood that copyright was about balance \u2014 a trade-off between public and private gain, society-wide innovation and creative reward.
