Die auf dem <a href=\"http:\/\/framework.zend.com\">Zend Framework<\/a> und <a href=\"http:\/\/www.extjs.com\">ExtJS<\/a> basierende Groupware, die sich vom <a href=\"http:\/\/www.egroupware.org\/\">eGroupware<\/a>-Projekt abgespalten hat, hat inzwischen wesentliche Fortschritte gemacht. Derzeit stehen folgende Module zur Verf\u00fcgung (die gezielt f\u00fcr einzelne Benutzergruppen aktiviert oder deaktiviert werden k\u00f6nnen):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adressbuch (Kontaktverwaltung mit mehreren Adressb\u00fcchern)<\/li>\n<li>Telefon (Telefonsteuerung, d.h. Anrufe basierend auf Telefonnummern im Adressbuch)<\/li>\n<li>Kalender (Agenda)<\/li>\n<li>CRM (Lead Management)<\/li>\n<li>Aufgaben<\/li>\n<li>E-Mail (Verwaltung von IMAP-Konten)<\/li>\n<li>VOIP-Manager (Konfiguration von Asterisk-Telefonanlage und Snom-Apparaten)<\/li>\n<li>ERP (einfache Verwaltung von Kundenvertr\u00e4gen)<\/li>\n<li>Zeiterfassung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dabei ist zu sagen, dass die meisten dieser Module eine solide Ausstattung aufweisen \u2013 nur das ERP-Modul ist noch absolut rudiment\u00e4r, und der auf der Website angek\u00fcndigte File Manager existiert noch \u00fcberhaupt nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Dank dem JavaScript\/AJAX Framwork ExtJS verf\u00fcgt Tine 2.0 \u00fcber eine gepflegte Benutzeroberfl\u00e4che, die stark an eine Desktop-Software erinnert (obwohl es sich um eine Web-Applikation handelt). Diese Oberfl\u00e4che verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einige Funktionen, die mehr oder weniger durchg\u00e4ngig verf\u00fcgbar sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Datens\u00e4tze haben eine Historie, d.h. \u00c4nderungen sind zur\u00fcckverfolgbar<\/li>\n<li>Datens\u00e4tze k\u00f6nnen mit Tags und Notizen versehen werden<\/li>\n<li>Datens\u00e4tze k\u00f6nnen als PDF und CSV exportiert werden<\/li>\n<li>Datens\u00e4tze k\u00f6nnen in der Listenansicht gespeichert werden; Filtereinstellungen k\u00f6nnen gespeichert werden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wichtig ist auch die Unterst\u00fctzung von ActiveSync, so dass Daten zwischen Tine 2.0 und <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">Windows-basierten<\/span> Mobiltelefonen synchronisiert werden k\u00f6nnen. Das ganze funktioniert nach dem Push-Prinzip, d.h. neue Daten werden sofort an die mobilen Clients weitergereicht.<\/p>\n<p>Auch wenn ich Tine 2.0 keinem Langzeittest unterzogen habe und die Telefoniefunktionalit\u00e4t nicht beurteilen kann, so macht die Software doch einen sehr guten Eindruck. Dass die Oberfl\u00e4che entfernt an Outlook Web Access erinnert, ist sicher kein Zufall, denn im Moment bietet Tine 2.0 vor allem Funktionen, f\u00fcr die man typischerweise einen Exchange-Server einsetzt. Die beiden Produkte gleichzusetzen w\u00e4re sicher vermessen. Aber nachdem mit dem neuste Release \u201cLeonie\u201d\u00a0 das Kalender- und das E-Mail-Modul verf\u00fcgbar ist, k\u00f6nnten Projekt-Teams oder KMUs schon auf die Idee kommen, Tine 2.0 als Groupware-L\u00f6sung einzusetzen.<\/p>\n<!--CusAds0-->\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tine 2.0 wurde in diesem Blog schon mehrfach vorgestellt.
