Der entsprechende Abstimmungsprozess hat hohe Wellen geworfen, da in verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern Microsoft-Partner kurzfristig Mitglied der entsprechenden Entscheidungsgremien wurden, um den Abstimmungsverlauf zu Gunsten von OOXML&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.heise.de\/newsticker\/meldung\/95553\">zu beeinflussen<\/a> &#8211; auch in der Schweiz, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.netzwoche.ch\/News\/NWTickerHeadlines.aspx?Id=31985&amp;Date=03.09.2007&amp;Digest=iM7JA+kj6AUdwTQv1AaHiA\">wie die <em>Netzwoche<\/em> berichtet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Trotzdem ist Microsoft im ersten Anlauf gescheitert, die Norm per Schnellverfahren (&#171;Fast Track&#187;)&nbsp;zu etablieren: Die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.heise.de\/newsticker\/meldung\/95553\">notwendige Mehrheit wurde verfehlt<\/a>,&nbsp;da sich unter anderem&nbsp;Frankreich, Grossbritannien, Norwegen, Kanada, Brasilien, S\u00fcdafrika, Indien, China und Japan dagegen aussgesprochen haben. Das Thema ist allerdings noch nicht vom Tisch: Anfangs 2008 wird eine Endabstimmung durchgef\u00fchrt. Und da die Nein-Stimmen in der Regel nicht kategorisch, sondern unter Vorbehalt erfolgten, hat Microsoft noch immer Chancen, die&nbsp;prestigetr\u00e4chtige ISO-Zertifizierung zu
