In der Ausgabe 32\/2007 der Zeitschrift <em>Netzwoche<\/em> schreibt er \u00fcber Open Source CMS (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ictnetwork.ch\/Themen\/ArticleDetail.aspx?id=2003&amp;Digest=RgTWn+XN8zaPJ+wPVvnDoQ\">Eine Orientierungshilfe im Open-Source-CMS-Nirwana<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Der Artikel zeugt insgesamt von Erfahrung und \u00dcberblick &#8211; allerdings mutet die Qualifizierung von TYPO3 etwas seltsam an: Das System sei eher f\u00fcr einfache Websites mit statischem Content und f\u00fcr Online-Periodika geeignet, weniger f\u00fcr komplexe Websites oder dynamische Community-Portale. Ausgerechnet das hoch komplexe TYPO3 mit seiner Multi-Site-Architektur, seiner durchg\u00e4ngigen Mehrsprachigkeit und seinem 3-Stufen-Workflow&nbsp;soll sich&nbsp;f\u00fcr einfache Websites eignen? Und wie sind die vielen Dutzend Extensions&nbsp;in die Bewertung eingeflossen, welche TYPO3 mit allen denkbaren applikatorischen&nbsp;Komponenten ausstattet?<\/p>\n<p>Zwar relativiert von Rotz seine Bewertung:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#171;Typo3 wird auch erfolgreich f\u00fcr die Publikation von [&#8230;] komplexeren Websites eingesetzt.
