Von wegen Medienvielfalt: Sat1, ProSieben, Kabel1 und N24 gehen in den Besitz des Springer-Verlags über. Dazu die NZZ am Sonntag:

„Mit Springers Paukenschlag, der Übernahme der TV-Gruppe ProSiebenSat1, könnte die Meinungsvielfalt in Deutschland auf der Strecke bleiben.“
